January 16 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Public speaking is a vital part of leadership. From speeches at events to interviews on television, remaining calm under pressure is always needed, whether you are speaking in front of your staff, pupils, charity beneficiaries, or broadcasting to a wider audience.

We are excited to announce a new specialist trainer to join our growing training programme at Alder. Aled Pedrick, who trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, uses his experience in the arts and on camera to help individuals prepare for media attention and present themselves confidently and clearly when speaking.

Join us on Tuesday 16 January when Aled will take us through both the technical elements of public speaking that often make us feel uncomfortable and the practical exercises that can be used whenever preparing for public speaking. Get ready to tune the instrument of the body, activate the breath, find musicality in the voice, and find clarity in your speech.

Whether you are already in a leadership role or are aspiring to be one, public speaking training is an integral part of your professional development. Leaders, have you invested in your future team?

Hosted on Zoom, this 45-minute webinar will be of particular interest to spokespeople, CEOs, aspiring senior leaders, PR and comms professionals, governing bodies, and trustees.
