Session 2: Dealing with a sudden incident
Accidents, injuries, or self-harming incidents can be distressing to deal with and can lead to a sudden demand for information. But communicating about them can be a minefield when there are legal considerations such as HSE, police or other regulatory inquiries to consider. This session will consider how to communicate safely at such times.
