Having previously held senior management roles at global network agencies such as Ketchum & Weber Shadwick, her expertise lies in coordinating and managing high functioning teams. She has experience leading and managing highly successful communications campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands including Microsoft and Unilever, while working for major international PR networks.
Experience includes:
leading Unilever’s multi-award winning Unmute campaign, which started as an HR / internal comms programme to announce support for employees experiencing domestic violence during the pandemic and culminated in a partnership with a leading charity and Microsoft on International Women’s Day.
partnering with senior leadership to develop social media narratives around key initiatives, such as culture change, to enable relevant stakeholders to track the organisation’s progress against stated objectives.
using cultural insights to anticipate consumer behaviour and assess how evolving opinions might impact their perceptions of a product or service at a given time. The launch of Unilever’s Lifebuoy sanitiser handwash during the Covid pandemic was one such example of this.
