Lucy Baker

Lucy is an operations specialist with experience running business-critical functions across finance, HR, IT, compliance and office management. She has spent her career in professional services, most recently as an operations manager, where she handled invoicing, payment runs and revenue forecasting alongside systems improvements and policy development.

At Alder, Lucy manages the day-to-day running of the practice, covering financial operations, reporting, internal systems and compliance. She also supports the firm’s marketing and business development activity, including events and internal communications. She is the first point of contact for much of Alder’s operational and administrative work.

Lucy holds a BSc in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University. She began her career supporting a managing director and valuation team in the property sector, and has travelled solo across 15 countries in Central America, South America and Southeast Asia.
