Trustees of a well-known charity were concerned about high profile failures in the sector, such as the collapse of Kids Company, and wanted to test their own resilience to reputational crises.
The charity commissioned Alder to conduct a Culture Check® to ensure there were no hidden problems in its own organisation. Through a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research, and benchmarking its own procedures against best practice elsewhere, we were able to produce a detailed report on the charity’s ‘cultural health’.
The Alder Culture Check®, and continuing input from its consultants, enabled the Trustees to take action in a number of areas, particularly in improving the transparency of decision-making and internal communication.
